A great tool to make new professional connections online. Very simple, straightforward interface. Set your goals and preferences, get notifies about calls with your new connection in your calendar. Available time slots are tied to your geography, which limits flexibility. I met many extraordinary people via Lunchclub

Initially, I found the app to be satisfactory and met some remarkable individuals through it. However, as time passed, I observed that it failed to offer me meaningful matches. Furthermore, the option to filter connections based on location was deactivated, which diminished the app's utility for me.

I love Lunchclub. It's a very simple product that's been getting better and better. I've met so many awesome people that have been very helpful and these days I'm able to do more meetings via video chat.

While there is potential to network using this app Lunchclub's management of your personal contacts is complete unethical. When you sign up for an account and agree to their *loaded* terms and conditions, you are signing up for them taking carte blanche of your contacts and spamming your contacts as if YOU are inviting them to join the network. Think about how old your gmail account is and how many contacts (good, bad, and the worst) you have (inadvertently) amassed in this time. Now how would you feel if Lunchclub sent an email, as if coming from you, to ALL these contacts emulating as if you are trying to get back in touch with them. What a joke that they spin the invite like it's exclusive. It's not. If you don't care then maybe this site is for you. But, if you do care about privacy and not having your address book harvested then steer clear and advise others the same.

Lunchclub has been a fantastic way to have valuable conversations with strangers during quarantine. I've been doing 2 per week for the last month, and have really enjoyed the experience. The curation is well well done.

I had a very poor initial experience after being ghosted by both my match and the Lunchclub team. I sent 3 emails to both parties and didn't hear back once. I followed up again with the Lunchclub team and still radio silence. I doubt I'll be trying it again.

I would love to recommend this product and was very excited when it launched and I signed up but I have had a bad experience with it to the extent that I would not recommend it now. I have faced an error due to which I have been unable to have any meetings on Lunchclub, or attend any of the firesides. I have emailed Lunchclub's support ID, DMed their account on twitter, and even emailed @VladimirNovakovski himself, but have gotten no response. ?makers I do not know what to do. The only thing I can conclude from this is that the lunchclub team does not care about their users. I hope someone at Producthunt sees this too, as this keeps getting featured as product of the day with many upvotes despite it's bad practices.

I've really enjoyed meeting with open-minded folk globally and networking during this time of crises with interesting people - no agenda.
