Congrats on the lunch👏 👏
It's been a great tool for my team. We are currently using it to handle user happiness inquiries in 9 different languages. It's extremely easy to navigate and set up, which means our agents have been able to use it right away. (Nothing beats a brief onboarding period in my opinion)
It's also more affordable than the market leaders, and they listen and act on the feedbacks even you don't spend thousands of 💸 💸 a month! I would recommend it with no hesitation.

We switched to Desk360 recently from one of the top CRM software leaders. The main reason is that Desk360 is way more affordable and offers every single feature the others do. So, why not spending tons of money? Even though the product is new on the market, they did a very great job. Is there still much progress to be made? Yes, but the team is so eager that I think they will be one of the top leaders very quickly. Two thumbs up from me! 👍 👍

Here I am, commenting for my fave people! 🤓 @niltuna and @sibel_yuksel are amazing! They're always be there for me, no matter what time it is. So, I have been using Desk360 for months now and I couldn't be happier. I have a mobile app and my users can reach my developer team via Desk360's SDK solution. It's simply an inbox within your app. It makes easier to communicate with the users. And the platform's interface is user friendly. All in one place! To use the platform, you need to do channel integrations, which is very easy peasy. One feedback though: dying to get a chatbot integration over here! :)
