No app can be effective if you lack the mindset or determination to change. And I found Atoms by James Clear to be a good one. Has a free trial for 7 days.

Currently using the app Atoms, created by the author of the book Atomic Habits. Its a very simple app, but for me it works quite well.

Better me app is a good one was for me. I got a lot of nice info and exercises to do. So recommend. Also got an info about the opportunity to start Canadian Pharmacy B2B partner so I guess it is a nice investing now which could help me more understand the pharma world and what app solutions I will have to do in future for it.
