I can't say for sure but what we do is use the actual users timezone to deliver it at the right time for them. This does of course take some A/B testing and depends on what action you want the users to take!

Really cool! Are you planning on including paid music, so could just pay one off for music?

Are the anchor RSS feeds still public? Or is it just without the music? And how can I disable my music from being used in a podcast? Or is Spotify now in complete control of the copyright?

Well you can build a team without starting straight away right? Why not get a team together and see if they are interested (the first pitch you have to give is to the founding/first members) Once they give you a go you can start searching for funding

I really like the idea, but could you add a number behind the city to indicate the amount of listings? Now I am clicking around and find empty cities :(
